American Iron & Metal (AIM) is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our Hamilton team. You will be the first HR contact, support onboarding and offboarding, and help manage employee data and reports.

The role requires 1 year of HR experience, a degree in HR, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with HRIS systems such as Dayforce. We offer a competitive compensation package including vacation and perks.
