You'll actively support compensation strategies, manage employee relations issues, and lead special projects designed to enhance workplace culture and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Recent Hire Orientation for all new associates
- Assist in managing compensation and benefits plans
- Conduct required training sessions and track progress
- Support compliance audits and necessary reporting
- Collaborate on Associate Engagement annual surveys Requirements:
- Minimum three years of HR experience in mid-large organizations
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Proven communication and organizational abilities
