Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in safety management and are adept at working independently on critical safety projects. You'll also provide mentorship, ensuring effective implementation of Workers’ Compensation and claims-management programs. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update the Safety Management System
- Create and implement secure work practices and Codes of Practice




- Distribute Safety Alerts and corporate communications
- Support incident investigations and advise management
- Participate in the safety audit processes and compliance training Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as an HSE Advisor
- Safety designation CRSP, CSP, or NCSO/HSA is preferred
- Collaboration experience with line management
- Knowledge of Energy Sector Workers’ Compensation programs
