Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Description: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is the primary HR partner for the organization, responsible for leading the full range of HR functions while working closely with leadership to support business objectives. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic HR partnership with day-to-day HR operations, employee support,



and people initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Operations

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational needs, and people-related decisions
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding
- Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and systems

Employee Relations & Leadership Support

- Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations, performance, workplace issues, and HR policies
- Manage employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Support leaders in developing and managing high-performing teams
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment legislation

Talent, Culture & Engagement

- Lead recruitment and talent management initiatives
- Support performance management, employee development, and succession planning
- Develop initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experience
- Help build and maintain a positive, cooperative, and high-performing workplace culture

- Oversee compensation, benefits, and annual HR programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and systems
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and organizational effectiveness

Qualifications:

- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a broad HRBP or standalone HR role
- CPHR, CHRP, or equivalent designation preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Strong employee relations, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to work independently
- Comfortable balancing strategic HR priorities with hands-on day-to-day HR responsibilities

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
