Become an HVAC Mechanic I at Coquitlam School District with a permanent full time role focusing on installation and maintenance of HVAC systems. This position plays a key role in school operations. As the HVAC Mechanic I, you will report to the Manager of Maintenance and handle a variety of HVAC tasks independently.

Your work will include installing, repairing, and maintaining critical heating and ventilation systems, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for students and staff. Those with extensive HVAC experience will find this role a rewarding challenge. Key Responsibilities:

- Install and repair heating and ventilation equipment
- Maintain pneumatic and electronic thermostats
- Execute air balancing for heating systems
- Conduct inspections for preventative maintenance
- Support other trades as a supervising authority Requirements:
- HVAC/Refrigeration Certificate of Trades Qualification
- Class B gas fitting certification necessary
- Minimum three years in HVAC maintenance
- Solid troubleshooting skills required
