Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Technician and become a vital part of maintaining and optimizing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and mechanical systems across diverse facilities. In this energetic role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and install essential equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable climate control and mechanical operations. Your expertise will directly contribute to creating comfortable environments and supporting building infrastructure through proactive maintenance and technical excellence.

Duties

- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform plumbing tasks such as pipe repairs, fixture replacements, and system installations to support building operations.
- Conduct welding and fabrication work for system repairs or custom modifications using appropriate techniques and safety standards.
- Maintain boilers by inspecting, cleaning, repairing, or replacing components to ensure continuous operation.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings to accurately troubleshoot issues.
- Execute routine maintenance on mechanical systems, appliances,



and construction-related equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Document all service activities thoroughly in logs and reports for compliance and future reference.

Experience

- Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in HVAC systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing repairs, welding techniques, boiler maintenance, and appliance repair is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with construction processes and ability to read schematics accurately.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems including schematics for complex HVAC setups.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with practical experience in maintenance roles across commercial or industrial settings.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in quick-paced environments while adhering to safety protocols.
