Hiring: IBMS (Operative BMS) SME Techno-Functional Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Key Skills

- Robust experience with Operative IBMS (BMS)
- Knowledge of broadcast/media workflows (Scheduling, Ad Sales, Traffic, Billing)
- Hands-on SQL and database troubleshooting experience
- Experience in Helpdesk / EUC support environments
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ticketing tools
- Understanding of infrastructure and EUC environments (VDI, VPN, etc.)
- Experience with system integrations and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for Operative IBMS (BMS)
- Troubleshoot issues across Scheduling, Ad Sales, Traffic, and Billing modules
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and user queries through ticketing tools
- Perform SQL-based data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Investigate system integration issues and data inconsistencies
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure SLA compliance
- Manage user access, configurations, and minor system enhancements
- Collaborate with Sales, Traffic, Finance, and Technical teams to support business operations
