IBMS (Operative BMS) SME – Techno-Functional Analyst – L1/L2/L3 Support & SQL

Toronto, ON - Hybrid (2-3 Days WFO)

- Hands on IBMS system (company name - Operative) - (operation side or implementation side) -
- Previously submitted profiles did not have IBMS experience.
- This Tool used by media companies - please target those companies

Role Descriptions: • Provide L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS (Operative BMS) in a helpdesk setting

- Troubleshoot issues in scheduling | ad sales | traffic | and billing modules
- Handle incidents | service requests | and user queries via ticketing tools
- Perform SQL-based database troubleshooting | data validation | and fixes
- Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and system integration issues
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA)



and ensure SLA adherence
- Support user access | configurations | and minor enhancements
- Work closely with sales | traffic | finance | and technical teams

Essential Skills: • Strong experience in Operative IBMS BMS system

- Knowledge of broadcast/media workflows (scheduling | ad sales | traffic | billing)
- Hands-on SQL & database troubleshooting (mandatory)
- Experience in helpdesk / EUC support environment
- Familiarity with ServiceNow/JIRA or similar tools
- Strong analytical | problem-solving | and communication skills
- Understanding of infrastructure / EUC environment (VDI | VPN | etc.)
- Knowledge of integrations and reporting tools
