Responsibilities

- Manage and organize client immigration files.
- Prepare and review application forms and supporting documents.
- Collect required documents and information from clients.
- Track application deadlines and case status.
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Research immigration programs and application requirements.
- Assist senior caseworkers/consultants with submissions and follow-ups.




- Ensure applications are complete and properly organized.

Requirements
- Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in proofreading, legal drafting, or writing skills that ensure clarity and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and research to support case development.
- Robust clerical experience including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized files
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional communication skills
- Prior experience in project management or coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously is a plus
