OpenText is looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team. This role involves negotiating various technology agreements, providing legal advice, and supporting sales activity in North America.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in contract negotiations and a solid understanding of regulated industries. A commitment to ethical practices and teamwork is essential.

Compensation ranges from $125,520 to $175,520, based on qualifications and experience.
