- Handle food with proper safety and hygiene practices in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food presentation and garnishing to enhance visual appeal
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Support food handling procedures during meal preparation to ensure quality and safety standards are met




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours

Experience

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with Indian cuisine or similar culinary styles
- Hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices for kitchen operations and customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are highly valued
