We are seeking a motivated and dependable Industrial Labourer to join our sandblasting and painting team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting production operations by performing a variety of manual and technical tasks. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure smooth workflow, safety, and efficiency across the facility.

Duties

- Assist with the assembly and disassembly of parts and equipment using hand tools and power tools.
- Support painters by preparing materials for painting, sanding, and packaging items as needed.
- Follow detailed instructions for setting up paint booths, packaging, and cleaning.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications





- Previous industrial experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to industrial environments.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively within a team.
