We have the following full-time position available: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Summary

The Industrial Maintenance Technician provides technical support in the daily operations and indirect related equipment, development, maintenance and testing of machines and components.

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for set ups, changeovers, maintenance, and troubleshooting and adheres to the Employee Policy Manual.

Primary Responsibilities

- Maintain a safe work environment through good housekeeping and safe practices.
- Work with a high level of quality, respecting our Quality Management System.
- Punctual and reliable attendance.
- Provide technical expertise to ensure production lines are operating within specified tolerances.
- Conduct changeovers efficiently, minimizing downtime.




- Maintain preventative maintenance programs for all equipment; minimize production downtimes and provide proactive solutions to mitigate downtime and scrap.
- Communicate technical issues and offer solutions to resolve.
- Assist with the creation of Preventative Maintenance checklists and schedules.
- Organize and keep inventory of spare parts up to date, communicate when parts are to be ordered.
- Ensure lock out/tag out procedures are followed and that all safety equipment on machines is in proper working order.
- Discuss and provide input on new machines/new line layouts and assist in equipment installations.
- After hours availability for emergency calls as required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-5 years on the job relevant experience.
- Remuneration based on experience.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed

Pay: $20.00-$33.00 per hour
