About Enabled Talent Enabled Talent is a Canada-based accessibility and workforce technology company developing AI-powered solutions that improve employment, education, accessibility, and workforce participation for persons with disabilities.
Role Purpose The Innovation & Growth Strategy Associate will support the development, testing, and commercialization of new growth strategies for Enabled Talent’s technology solutions.
This is not a routine sales or administrative position. The role will focus on market experimentation, customer discovery, product-market validation, commercialization, and testing innovative approaches to growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research new markets, customer segments, and commercialization opportunities
- Develop and test new sales, partnership, and go-to-market strategies
- Conduct customer-discovery interviews with employers, universities, nonprofits, and government stakeholders
- Test pricing, messaging, outreach channels, and partnership models
- Support accessibility technology pilots and market-validation projects
- Gather customer and user feedback to identify product improvements
- Analyze experiment results and recommend scalable growth strategies
- Support commercialization of AI-powered workforce and accessibility solutions
- Work with product and leadership teams to translate market insights into product and business decisions
Qualifications Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Technology, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related discipline.
Strong research, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are preferred. Interest in technology, accessibility, AI, inclusive employment, or social innovation is an asset.
