Centre is looking for a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse. Applicants should hold a Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario and a BLS certification.

Experience caring for stroke patients is highly valuable, alongside demonstrated skills in medication administration and patient education. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality nursing care to acute and rehabilitation patients
- Perform medication administration and wound care as needed
- Provide patient education and health teaching sessions




- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary health teams
