Part-Time Inside Sales Associate

Schedule: 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends

Position Overview

CosmoProf is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping salon professionals find the products and solutions that best meet their needs.

The Inside Sales Representative will support customers in-store and over the phone, promote products and promotions, and help drive sales while creating a welcoming and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to salon professionals and other customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
- Assist customers with product selection based on their individual needs.
- Promote current products, promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers.
- Answer customer questions and provide knowledgeable information about beauty and salon products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products, events, and promotions.
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and inviting store environment.
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory and other store operations as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.




- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the CosmoProf brand.

Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, customer service, or beauty-industry experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and recommending products.
- Sales-driven with a positive, energetic approach.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.
- Willingness to work weekends and 2–3 shifts per week.
- Interest in professional beauty products and the salon industry is an asset.
