SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Inside Sales/Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating international orders, inventory, shipping, export documentation, and warehouse operations. This role is a combination of logistics coordination and hands-on warehouse support, requiring someone who is equally comfortable behind a computer and working alongside the production team on the shop floor.
DUTIES
- Receive international orders from the field (including the United States) and create orders within the ERP system.
- Coordinate project timelines with the internal production team to ensure efficient order completion.
- Coordinate product movement with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Coordinate third-party parts from external vendors, including purchasing, receiving, packaging, and dispatching.
- Coordinate with external crating vendors to ensure products are properly prepared for shipment.
- Coordinate with freight forwarding vendors for domestic and international shipments.
- Prepare and maintain all export documentation required for international shipments.
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee inventory replenishment systems.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
- Pick, pull, package, palletize, stock, stage, and prepare products for shipment.
- Work closely with production personnel to ensure projects move efficiently and accurately through the shop.
- Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
- Participate in MANTL's Safety and Quality programs.
- Perform other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- ·High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong computer skills are required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a quick-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment.
- Experience with ERP systems is considered an asset.
- Progressing Cavity Pump (PCP) experience is a strong asset.
- Mechanical aptitude is a strong asset.
- Oilfield experience is a strong asset.
- Experience with inventory management, logistics, shipping, purchasing, or export documentation is considered an asset.
- Forklift experience is considered an asset.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR This position is intended to be a hands-on role, not solely a desk-based logistics position. The successful candidate will be expected to actively support warehouse operations while coordinating projects and international shipments.
We're looking for someone who understands the importance of working alongside the production team and is willing to jump in wherever needed. Whether it's preparing export documents, coordinating freight, receiving inventory, picking orders, palletizing shipments, or helping on the shop floor, this individual will play a key role in ensuring work flows efficiently from start to finish.
