Key Responsibilities

Account management

- Manage and support an assigned portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Maintain solid and professional relationships with customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Contribute to sales growth within existing accounts.

Customer support

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, technical requests, and orders.





- Act as a key point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Assist in resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, and customer requests.

Internal collaboration

- Work closely with outside sales representatives to support account development.
- Collaborate with the engineering team regarding applications and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and customer support.

Opportunity follow-up

- Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Support account development initiatives.
- Contribute to achieving company sales objectives.

- High school diploma required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical and logical approach to problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow through on tasks.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
