Homepro's growth has created an exciting prospect for an Inside Sales Representative to join our residential sales team!

Reporting directly to the Director of Client Solutions, the successful candidate will manage inbound sales opportunities by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their needs, recommending the right services, and closing sales. No cold calling!

This is an on-site position in Toronto, and one weekend day per week is required.

Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for prospective customers, discovering their needs and offering tailored services.
- Build and maintain detailed client records, managing your sales pipeline with precision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met on time and with the highest quality.




- Analyze sales data and trends and identify opportunities to convert to sales successes.
- Gather and report feedback from customers and the market to help improve products, services, and sales strategies.
- Stay knowledgeable about Homepro's services, pricing, promotions, and sales processes.

- Previous experience in retail/hospitality/sales positions.

- Schedule: One weekend day per week is required.
- Compensation: $55,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings) with $70,000+ earning potential through an uncapped commission structure. Full compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
