YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Inside Sales Representative provides excellent service to internal and external customers, supports the sales team, processes orders and payments, and maintains accurate data in our ERP and CRM systems. The role also provides customer service backup as needed and develops relationships with small and medium-sized customers by promoting SOPREMA products and services.

THE CHALLENGES WE HAVE FOR YOU

- Answering various incoming calls from clients;
- Entering orders into the system;
- Prioritizing and following up orders (deliveries and returns);




- Working proactively and constantly looking for solutions;
- Working closely with Sales representatives;
- Communicating information within the representative’s domain;
- Participating in electronic filing and archiving;
- Engaging with our CRM software to share information in a timely manner and participate in data excellence.
- Occasional outside customer visits (sales and architectural) to continually develop themselves within the role
- Performing any other related duties as assigned.

THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Your Education :

- College certificate in sales and or administration or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience relevant to the field of employment will be considered

Your knowledge :

- Good command of computer tools (Office Suite, Excel, Word, Salesforce ...);
- Bilingual (English – French), an asset but not mandatory

Your skills and attitude :

- Excellent customer service skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Attention to Detail;
- Dynamism, organization and management of priorities;
