Job Statement The Installer is responsible for installing merchandise in customers’ homes or on customers’ properties in a courteous and efficient manner. The Installer plays a vital role in the success of Fierling Limited by fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Essential Functions:

- Customer Service: Complete installation projects at customers homes and properties while delivering a positive, qualified customer service experience.
- Worksite Maintenance: Keep all work areas clean, organized, and safe, both on-site and in company spaces.
- Professional Representation: Represent the company in a friendly and professional manner, building strong relationships with customers.
- Compliance & Ethics: Follow company policies and demonstrate respectful, ethical behaviour in all interactions.
- Asset Protection: Take care of company tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring they are used properly and kept in good condition.
- Documentation: Complete all required paperwork accurately and in line with company procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with team members, customers, vendors, and management to keep projects running smoothly.
- Material Handling: Load, transport, and unload materials between the warehouse and customer locations safely and efficiently.
- Health & Safety: Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Equipment Use: Use tools and equipment responsibly and report any issues when they arise.
- Inventory Awareness: Keep an eye on materials and let management know about any
- Additional Duties: Help with other tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong communication,

- Willingness to develop skills and product knowledge.
- Comfortable operating a truck and trailer.
- Knowledge of a wide range of renovation projects, both large and small, with a solid understanding of residential systems and home operations.
- Compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and company policies.

Standards of Performance: The Installer will be evaluated based on:

- No damage through mishandling of Fierling Limited merchandise, equipment or tools.
- Minimal escalations of customer complaints to the Design Centre Supervisor.
- Maintenance of a tidy, safe, and well-organized store environment and customer properties.
