Position Overview The Insurance Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting consultants as they provide industry-leading insurance and risk advisory services. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within commercial insurance and consulting. You will work closely with consultants to assist with administrative functions, client communications, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and coordination support to consultants involved in commercial real estate, risk management, and lending.
- Liaise with lenders, borrowers, asset owners, developers, insurance brokers, and lawyers to collect the information required for insurance reviews.
- Assist consultants with analyzing insurance-related issues and developing recommendations.




- Prepare reports, conduct data analysis, and provide ad hoc reporting support.
- Track and manage team workloads, assignments, and incoming deals to support operational efficiency.
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems and ensure documentation is completed promptly.
- Review and verify invoicing information for accuracy before invoices are issued.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Support broader team initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy when handling sensitive client information.
- Build professional relationships with external parties and respond promptly to inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications

- One to three years of experience in insurance, financial services, customer service, or an administrative role is considered an asset but is not required.
- Customer service experience, particularly within a professional or financial services environment.
- Familiarity with commercial property and casualty insurance, business interruption, builders’ risk, and liability coverage is considered an asset.
