Billyards Insurance Group is a growing insurance brokerage serving a diverse client base in Georgetown and across Ontario. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized service and building lasting relationships with our clients. We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in person at our Georgetown office.

About the Role

As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, policy changes, quotes, and renewals while providing a high standard of service. This is a great opportunity for a licensed broker who is fluent in Hindi and/or Punjabi to support our multilingual client community.

Responsibilities

- Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
- Prepare quotes and assist clients with new and existing policies
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Support clients in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi




- Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

- RIBO license (required)
- Fluency in Hindi and/or Punjabi (required)
- Previous experience in insurance customer service or as a broker (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and insurance broker management systems (e.g., Applied/EPIC, Power Broker)
