Duties

- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community events and networking opportunities, to promote insurance products.
- Conduct retail sales activities within our agency or business locations, providing personalized consultations to understand client needs.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospective customers, explain product benefits, and schedule appointments.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify sales opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive sales administration records, including client interactions, policy details, and follow-up actions.
- Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company sales targets.
- Communicate complex insurance options clearly and effectively.
- Network with centres of influence such as businesses, car dealers, mortgage agents, real estate agents

Requirements





- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate confidently.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Experience in telemarketing or marketing campaigns is preferred to enhance outreach efforts.
- Customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
- Knowledge of insurance products and sales administration processes is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- OTL/RIBO exams required. LLQP a plus. Must be willing to obtain exams if needed. We will assist with training

Pay: $35,200.00-$120,000.00 per year
