RS Recruitment Services is assisting a STEEL COMPANY based in ROODEKOP to recruit an INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE, up to R10 000 – R14 000ctc with company perks, after probation.
OUR CLIENT, A SPECIALIST STEEL PRODUCT MANUFACTORER, HAS OVER 41 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE WITH AND ARE EXPERTS IN INDUSTRIAL STEEL PRODUCTS.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key performance areas:
New business development.
Following up on inbound leads.
Maintaining relationships with current clients.
Upselling & cross selling to existing clients.
Maintain a customer database.
Liaising with external sales rep regarding inbound leads.
Doing quotations.
Answering customer queries.
Troubleshooting
Desired Experience & Qualification
Applicants should have/be the following:
A senior certificate with minimum 5 years’ sales experience.
Excellent customer service skills – in person and telephonically - friendly.
Strong admin skills – paperwork.
Possess strong work ethic, is punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
Must have own reliable transport.
Excellent English communication skills (Read, Write, Speak).
Creative with attention to detail & problem solver.
Computer literate –Syspro Advantageous, Microsoft Office.
Package & Remuneration
Remuneration:
Up to R10 000 – R14 000 ctc with company benefits, after probation.
