MegaLife Inc. is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory and Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Mississauga.

Responsibilities

- Receive, count, inspect, and organize incoming products
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
- Check inventory quantities, expiry dates, lot numbers, and product condition
- Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips
- Update inventory and product information in the company system
- Assist with inventory counts and resolve stock discrepancies
- Keep the warehouse and work area clean and organized
- Support other warehouse and office duties when required

Requirements

- Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, pharmacy, or order fulfillment is preferred but not required
- Candidates without sufficient experience may receive training




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills, including Excel and email
- QuickBooks experience is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and willing to learn
- Positive English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and move boxes safely

Schedule

- Part-time position
- 3 days per week
- Working days may increase based on business needs and employee performance
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday availability preferred
- In-person position in Mississauga, Ontario

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
