Overview

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive data collection and analysis to monitor inventory levels across the warehouse.
- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and warehouse management systems to track stock movements, order fulfillment, and procurement activities.
- Perform demand planning using advanced analytics tools to forecast future inventory needs accurately.
- Implement process improvements in warehouse distribution, materials management, and order fulfillment workflows to enhance efficiency..
- Operate forklifts safely when handling materials within the warehouse environment and ensure compliance with safety protocols (Not essential).
- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, procurement activities, and warehouse operations for audit readiness.
- Leverage data visualization tools like Power BI to create insightful reports that support decision-making in demand planning and supply chain optimization.
Experience
- Proven experience in inventory management within a warehouse distribution or retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (is a plus)
- Familiarity with ERP systems), warehouse management systems, and supply chain software including MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection and analysis tasks.
