NHA Irrigation – Niagara Region, ON

$22–$30/hour | Full-Time | Seasonal

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our team as a full time Irrigation Technician / Technician Trainee.

This is a long-term seasonal position, generally running from March through December, with the opportunity to return year after year.

Previous irrigation, landscaping, construction or farming experience is an asset, but experience is not required. We're willing to train the right person who has a good attitude, strong work ethic and wants to learn a skilled trade.

What You'll Do

- Install, service and repair irrigation systems
- Perform spring startups and fall winterizations
- Work on residential, commercial and golf course irrigation projects
- Assist with excavation, trenching and construction
- Learn to operate excavators, skid steers, tractors, trenchers and vibratory plows

What We're Looking For
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
- Mechanically inclined and willing to learn
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Able to work well as part of a small team




- Irrigation, farming, landscaping, construction, plumbing, electrical or equipment experience is an asset, but not required

Schedule & Pay
- $22–$30/hour, depending on experience and ability
- Full-time seasonal position
- Generally Monday to Friday
- Longer days during busy periods and occasional Saturdays
- Sundays and holidays off
- Opportunity to return each season and take on more responsibility as experience grows
