**IT Business Analyst-L1 (3 month contract)

Staffing Placement Opportunity** Overview Our client is seeking an IT Business Analyst I to join a Technology Adoption team focused on creating engaging, AI-enabled learning experiences and video-based training solutions. This role will help employees understand, adopt, and maximize the value of new technologies, including emerging Artificial Intelligence tools and capabilities.

Video creation experience is mandatory , along with a general understanding of AI technologies and trends. The ideal candidate is adaptable, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment where priorities and technologies may change rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, document, and manage business requirements for small technology projects.
- Create high-quality business and project documentation, including governance documents, process impact assessments, process maps, and process designs.
- Develop engaging video content and AI-enabled learning materials that support technology adoption and user enablement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and end users to identify and document business, functional, non-functional, and data requirements.
- Support data migration and system integration activities by ensuring requirements, dependencies, and impacts are clearly documented.
- Produce business analysis deliverables such as:

- Business Requirements
- Functional and Non-Functional Requirements

- Data Requirements
- Business Scenarios and Use Cases

- Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)

- Functional Specifications

- User Interface Specifications
- Assist with testing activities, including:

- Test Plans

- Test Scenarios and Scripts

- Test Reports
- Provide ongoing support and clarification to development, training, testing, and user experience teams.
- Assist Project Managers with project planning activities and project coordination.
- Support change management,



communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and rollout activities.
- Document meeting outcomes and action items to facilitate successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience supporting technology-related projects in a complex enterprise setting.
- Demonstrated experience creating professional video content and learning materials.
- General knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies and their business applications.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing technology environment.
