Our Home Office is located in the heart of Bloor West Village in Toronto, just steps away from Jane Subway station. This role is an on-site position and will be working Monday – Friday at our Home Office location.

What you will be working on:

- Placing a corporate Windows image on a PC
- Testing software to confirm functionality
- Asset management within a ticketing system
- Experience using an enterprise ticketing system




- Learning about enterprise level machine lifecycles
- Incoming/outgoing shipments of computers and accessories
- Active Directory usage in an enterprise environment
- Domain level manipulation of corporate assets
- Working with users to troubleshoot minor issues on Windows machines
- Other triaging of random problems users have with a variety of IT related products
