Hiring a Contract Project Coordinator to support multiple IT projects and help keep project plans, resources, and reporting on track.
The ideal candidate will have robust hands on experience with Smartsheet for project planning, portfolio management, reporting, and resource tracking, along with a solid understanding of PMP methodologies and project management best practices.
Experience supporting IT projects, managing multiple priorities, and working with Jira and Google Workspace (G Suite) is preferred. Strong organization, communication skills.
