Job Title: IT Support / Technical Support / Desktop Support (Must Fluent in French and English Language)

Location: Trapp Ave, VC, BC, Canada (Onsite)

Must Fluent – English and French Language

- 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support, Help Desk, IT Support, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN .
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing/help-desk systems.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good customer-service and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Knowledge of Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with remote-support tools.
- ITIL Foundation or CompTIA A+ certification is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, or similar platforms.
