About the Role

Lions Park Computers is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting business IT environments across Alberta. We're looking for a technician to join our support team, splitting time between our HelpDesk queue and on-site client visits.

What You'll Do

- Manage and resolve tickets in our HelpDesk queue
- Support end users with day-to-day computer and Microsoft 365 issues
- Troubleshoot basic networking problems (connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Set up and manage devices via Microsoft Intune
- Document work performed and escalate complex issues to senior technicians
- Travel to client sites to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain accurate records of client systems and configurations

Requirements

- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage per KM reimbursed)
- Working knowledge of Windows (10/11) and general PC troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams,



SharePoint, admin basics)
- Exposure to Microsoft Intune or similar MDM tools
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi)
- Strong communication skills (you'll be client-facing)
- Strong reading and writing skills (all work must be documented)
- Ability to lift/move computer equipment (monitors, towers, etc.)
- Dedicated home working space
- Ability to work independently

Nice to Have (not required)

- Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or other relevant certifications
- Prior experience in an MSP or IT support workplace
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- HelpDesk Management
- MacOS and/or Linux experience

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB
