Job Summary

Duties

- Deliver personalized home care services, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients’ dietary needs and preferences
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a secure living environment
- Support clients with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary




- Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive, engaging atmosphere
- Document care activities thoroughly and communicate any changes or concerns to supervising staff promptly

Skills

- Fluent in Italian with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments
- Strong background in patient care, senior care, or hospice support
- Knowledge of dementia care, disabilities support, and medication administration procedures
- Ability to perform light cleaning and meal preparation efficiently
- Physically capable of heavy lifting and assisting with mobility tasks
- Compassionate attitude with excellent caregiving skills and patience for working with diverse populations
