Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure a polished appearance
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and cleaning materials as needed
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks to support overall building upkeep




- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe working environment

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance and basic repair skills beneficial
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues promptly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods
