We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with AI Tools experience to build and maintain scalable, production-grade backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong Core Java skills, experience with distributed systems, and hands-on exposure to Agentic AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality backend applications using Core Java .
- Design and build large-scale, distributed systems .
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Work with relational and document-oriented databases.
- Work in Linux/Unix environments and use scripting when required.
- Apply data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns to solve technical problems.
- Explore and integrate Agentic AI tools and technologies into applications.
- Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance and reliability.
- Work with Agile development teams and follow DevOps best practices .
- Collaborate with team members and communicate technical solutions effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong expertise in Core Java .
- Experience building production-grade and large-scale systems .
- Experience with distributed systems and system design .
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns .
- Experience with Linux/Unix and scripting .
- Experience with relational and/or document databases .
- Experience with Agentic AI development and AI tools .
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
