Program Overview
Erie Shores HealthCare (ESHC) is launching an Inclusive Employment Program in partnership with South Essex Community Council (SECC). This program creates accessible employment opportunities by identifying meaningful task bundles across our teams and shaping them into supported, low-barrier roles. Final duties, work location, training approach, and workplace support may be adjusted based on the candidate’s strengths, interests, or accommodation needs. The program includes:
- Two-week Pre-Employment Readiness Program delivered by SECC
- Healthcare-specific training session with Erie Shores HealthCare
- Resume and interview preparation
- One-on-one employment coaching
- Interview support from SECC staff
- Ongoing support after hire
Available Positions We expect to hire up to two candidates through this program. Applicants may be considered for one or more of the workstreams listed below.

Possible Workstreams The role may include a combination of duties from more than one workstream. Candidates may be considered for task bundles from one or more of the following roles:
- Volunteer Program Trainer
- Delirium Prevention Coordinator
- Records Coordinator
- Wellness and Inclusion Coordinator
Compensation: $17.95/hour
