Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB.

The Job

Title will support day-to-day operations related to CSEC’s sports and entertainment activities, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities may include coordinating events and game-day activities, providing operational and administrative support, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and assisting with communications or fan engagement initiatives. The role will require collaboration with colleagues across multiple departments, adherence to organizational policies and procedures, and timely completion of assigned tasks.



The successful candidate will contribute to a positive guest experience and help ensure smooth execution of team and venue operations.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with demonstrated capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with guests, partners, and colleagues.
- Proficiency with common office software and digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software); comfort learning new systems as needed.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to address operational issues and support event or game-day execution.
- Ability to work on-site in Calgary, AB, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by sports and event schedules.
- Previous experience in sports, entertainment, events, or customer service is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field (such as business, sports management, communications, or a related discipline) is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
