- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary healthcare
- Facilitate chronic disease management and wellness initiatives
- Collaborate in interprofessional case conferences
- Mentor medical learners and contribute to their education
- Take part in quality improvement efforts Requirements:
- Independent practice license from CPSO
- CCFP certification or equivalent experience
