Scotton Palmer Construction is an established framing company located in Nanaimo, B.C. We specialize in framing high-end, custom homes on Vancouver Island. We are looking for journeymen carpenters/helpers/labourers to join our growing team.
Our company prides itself on providing exceptional service to our clients. These permanent full time positions are an opportunity for the right individuals to advance their career in an active environment working directly with Red Seal carpenters to provide high quality framing services.
Responsibilities
▪ Assist journeymen carpenters in carrying out all aspects of framing work
▪ Follow all safety protocol and guidelines
▪ Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
Qualifications
▪ Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in adverse conditions
▪ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
▪ Able to follow directions and work independently
▪ Valid BC driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
▪ Related work experience would be considered an asset
