Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman/Woman Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various and commercial and residential settings. Your expertise will ensure the safe and productive operation of electrical infrastructure, supporting ongoing renovation projects, new construction, and routine maintenance.

Duties

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to guide installation and repair work.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems including low voltage wiring, power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical tasks with precision.
- Conduct renovations by upgrading existing electrical systems to meet current codes and safety standards.
- Diagnose issues within commercial and residential electrical systems and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime.




- Collaborate with construction teams on new builds or upgrades, ensuring all electrical work aligns with project specifications.

Qualifications

- Valid Journeyman/Woman Electrician license or certification recognized by local authorities.
- Proven experience as a commercial electrician with a strong understanding of schematics and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and electrical schematics for complex systems.
- Hands-on experience with commercial distribution and lighting
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and other construction-related equipment safely.
- Background in renovation projects or construction environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices for industrial settings.
- Additional handyman experience or general maintenance skills are a plus.
