Duties

- Supervise daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent service delivery
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to meet safety standards and quality expectations
- Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for transactions, inventory tracking, and sales reporting
- Lead, train, and motivate team members in customer service, food serving, and kitchen procedures
- Conduct interviews and assist with hiring to build a strong, dedicated team
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the cafe
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling duties with integrity
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed,



and manage stock rotation efficiently

Skills

- Proven experience in food service, restaurant management or hospitality roles with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Robust leadership skills with previous supervising or team management experience
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and food safety protocols
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for sales processing
- Excellent communication skills for interviewing, training, and motivating staff
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in food industry standards including serving, food handling, kitchen operations, and restaurant experience
- Background in hotel or barista environments is a plus for versatile hospitality expertise
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example with a positive attitude and proactive approach
