No prior experience? No problem! CAD design or 3D Printing background is a plus, but we are excited to train motivated individuals who bring the right attitude. This entry-level role offers fantastic growth potential – start here and build your skills to advance within our innovative organization.

What You’ll Do

- Get hands-on by trimming custom earmold impressions to prepare for 3D scanning into the 3D modelling database system.
- Master Design programs to create reverse-mold replicas ready for silicone injection molding.
- Prepare print plates and operate 3D Printers – see your work come to life!
- Help craft and assemble accessory components, contributing to complete, high-quality solutions.
- Keep things running smoothly by cleaning and prepping tools, managing inventory, and restocking supplies.




- Perform quality checks to ensure every product meets our exceptional standards – your attention to detail makes a real difference.
- Assist with packaging finished products and shipping them to our wholesale partners across Canada and direct-to-retail customers via Courier or Canada Post.
- Maintain a spotless, organized workspace while prioritizing safety protocols.

Flexible Schedule That Fits Your Life:
- Full-time: 35-40 hours per week (7-8 hours per day).
- Customizable shifts – as long as they’re pre-approved, we work with you to make it happen!
