You will oversee day-to-day transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure bank account reconciliations are performed diligently. Additionally, your contributions will aid in maintaining data integrity and supporting month-end close processes through accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial transactions using QuickBooks software
- Perform USD and CAD bank reconciliations regularly
- Track corporate expenses and digital subscriptions




- Assist with month-end journal entries and accruals
- Maintain clean and organized financial records for auditing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
- Direct experience with QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
- At least 3 years of accounting experience or internship
