F&S; Packaging Ltd. is a growing food manufacturing and distribution company based in Richmond, BC. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable Junior Accountant to join our finance team.

This position offers the opportunity to work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP) in a fast-paced and growing business. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in financial reporting, inventory accounting, and ERP-based accounting processes while working closely with an experienced finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Perform bank reconciliations and General Ledger account reconciliations

Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

Prepare financial reports and account reconciliations

Support inventory reconciliation and cost analysis

Assist with payroll processing and related accounting tasks

Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and receiving records

Maintain organized and accurate accounting documentation

Work closely with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies

Support continuous improvement of accounting procedures and ERP processes

Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

Experience with ERP or accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong asset)

Solid understanding of

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)





Bank Reconciliation

General Ledger

Journal Entries

Month-end Closing

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Good written and spoken English

Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset

Experience in inventory accounting, manufacturing, or distribution is considered a strong asset
