Junior Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across business operations, sales, marketing, and customer processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and hands-on exposure to SQL, Excel, Power BI, CRM systems, reporting, and data visualization .

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from CRM, databases, spreadsheets, and business applications .
- Build and maintain Excel, Power BI, and management dashboards .
- Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate business data.
- Analyze sales, customer, marketing, operational, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage and analyze data from Monday.com CRM , including leads, opportunities, customer activities, pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Support CRM data quality by maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date records .
- Prepare KPI, sales, operational, and management reports for business stakeholders.
- Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar BI tools .
- Perform data validation, identify discrepancies, and investigate data quality and reporting issues .
- Work with business teams to understand reporting requirements and convert them into data-driven insights .
- Assist with data automation, recurring reports,



and workflow improvements .
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to improve analysis, reporting, documentation, and productivity.

Qualifications

- Degree, diploma, certificate, or relevant education in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Finance, or a related field .
- 0–2 years of experience through employment, internship, academic projects, or personal projects.
- Strong Excel and SQL skills.
- Basic experience with Power BI or another data visualization platform .
- Understanding of KPIs, data analysis, data cleaning, reporting, and visualization .
- Experience with CRM systems such as Monday.com, Salesforce, or HubSpot is an asset.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
