Symbicore is a Manitoba-based fractional CMO agency. We handle marketing for small and mid-sized businesses across a range of industries, acting as their outsourced marketing department. Our production volume is high and growing every quarter, and this role helps keep that engine running by picking up the day-to-day execution and coordination work that lets the rest of the team focus on strategy and client results.

About the role

This is a part time, hands-on support role. You report to the Ops Manager and work closely with the marketing team, specialists, and the projects they're running for clients.

Twelve months in, success looks like this:

- You run our recurring content and social posting tasks with minimal oversight, and you catch scheduling conflicts before they become problems.
- You've become the person the team trusts to track deliverables across multiple client projects and flag anything falling behind.
- You handle routine client questions on your own and know exactly when and where to route the ones that need a specialist.

What you'll do

- Support content creation and posting: draft and schedule social posts,



assist with basic campaign tasks, and coordinate creative assets between team members
- Track project deliverables and deadlines, and flag anything that's falling behind schedule
- Coordinate between team members and specialists to keep projects moving
- Respond to routine client and customer inquiries, and route anything more complex to the right person
- Handle general administrative support: scheduling, data entry, documentation, and other admin tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Required

- Marketing degree/ diploma is an asset
- Organized and comfortable juggling several small tasks at once
- Proactive: you flag problems and ask questions instead of waiting to be told
- Comfortable learning basic marketing and project tools (we'll train you)
- Strong written communication
- Reliable and consistent with your scheduled hours

No prior agency experience required.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with tools like Jira, SharePoint, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
