Polmax Cleaning Ltd. is hiring a part time Junior Site Supervisor.

This is a hands-on outdoor role involving litter picking, junk hauling, site cleanup and crew support across multiple properties. This is not an office, engineering, or construction management position.

What You’ll Do:

- Work outdoors daily at commercial properties
- Assist with litter picking, cleanup and junk hauling
- Drive between sites and to landfill facilities as required
- Support and monitor crew performance on-site
- Provide basic supervision and support to crew members
- Conduct basic inspections and maintain service quality
- Report site conditions, issues, crew performance, and job progress to the Senior Site Supervisor.
- Handle physical work, including lifting and moving heavy items

Contract Term:

- Part-time; 4 hours per day; weekdays - Weekends
- Position may be offered as either a contract position or direct employment

Requirements:
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle required




- Pickup truck strongly preferred for hauling and cleanup work
- Comfortable performing physical labour outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication, reliability, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Assets:
- Window washing or pressure washing experience
- Experience working in cleaning, landscaping, labour, or property services
- Customer service or client-facing experience
- Previous team-lead or supervisory experience

Compensation & Perks:
- $20–$22.50 per hour, depending on experience
- Vehicle allowance: To be determined
- Landfill fees reimbursed
