Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in warehouse operations, inventory management, and heavy equipment handling within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will support daily warehouse functions, ensure efficient order fulfillment, and maintain safety standards across all activities.

Responsibilities

- Hours of work are 6:30am to 4:00pm Mon-Fri
- Organization Minded Individual & Safety Oriented Individual
- Assist Warehouse Manager w/ Daily Warehousing Duties
- Job physical requirements - must be able to lift 50lbs
- Pouring Concrete in warehouse for Retaining Walls & Acoustic Walls
- Fabrication of Rebar Cages
- Read & Understand Construction Drawings
- Various Wood Working projects using tools
- Winter Maintenance Tasks at Warehouse (Shoveling & Hand Salting)
- Assist with inventory management, including inventory counts





Tools Competency using Power Tools & Carpentry Skills are mandatory

Wood Working Tasks

- Mitre Saw (Fabricating Post Tops)
- Router (Chamfer Posts)
- Air Nailer & Air Stapler (Fabricating Lattice)
- Drills (Screwing wood together)

Rebar Cage Fabrication
- Chop Saw (Cutting rebar to specific size)
- Rebar Tying Tool (Using Tool to tie rebar footing cages & rebar mattresses for Concrete Walls)

Concrete Masonry
- Quik Cut (Cutting Masonry Walls to size)
- Grinder (cutting aircraft cable)

Equipment
- 2-year minimum Forklift experience preferred
- 2-year minimum Skid Steer experience preferred

- Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for all equipment operation including forklifts

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour
