- Handle incoming calls and assess crisis situations
- Welcome new clients and create safety plans
- Ensure a secure environment through monitoring
- Arrange transportation services for clients
- Maintain accurate records and reports Requirements:
- Diploma in human/social services or equal experience
- Recent related work experience preferred
- Certification in Intermediate First Aid
- Must provide a suitable Criminal Records Check
